Clinical Event Adjudication (CEA)
UCR provides support in Clinical Event Adjudication (CEA), a structured process for independent medical assessment and classification of clinical events in studies.
Relevant source documents, such as ECGs and laboratory reports, are compiled into electronic case packages that are reviewed by medical experts. Each event is assessed independently by one or more physicians according to predefined study criteria.
UCR has extensive experience and well‑established processes, supported by web‑based systems that ensure efficient, secure and user‑friendly adjudication for both small and large studies.
Since 2007, UCR has conducted more than 50,000 adjudications.
